Michael bought this 1974 Ford Bronco at an auction. It was a nice, clean, original Bronco and it drove like it! The Bronco came in to us and we started the transformation right away. We upgraded the engine with Edelbrock aluminum heads and intake, swapped in a Comp Cams Hydraulic Roller Cam setup with Roller Rockers. MSD ignition supplies the spark. F.A.S.T. EZ EFI takes care of fueling the engine. A Vintage Air front runner, Griffin radiator and Spal fan take care of cooling it. For suspension we went with a mild 3" lift. New springs all the way around with Bilstein shocks for a nice ride. Four wheel disc brakes and a Hydra-tech power booster make sure it stops. On the inside we went with a Dakota VHX gauge cluster. A Vintage Air kit provides climate control. We built a full cage inside and mounted the new seat to it. We also did the rear quarters with steel front fenders for a nicer look. Rolling stock consists of M.T. E.T III wheels and Nitto tires. |
