Before (Chassis) On Dyno, made 595 FTLBS of torque at 2500 RPM This 4 door 1959 wagon is to be a driver to replace Bones' Trail Blazer SS. He plans to leave the outside ugly, or as he likes to call it "vintage". The outside will have all stock trim with a possible metal flaked roof. Now, underneath is a different story! The wagon has a full powder coated chassis with a full Air Ride suspension setup and Bilstein shocks. Currie 9inch with 3.70 gears. Four wheel disc brakes with Hydraboost brake assists. Has CPP 500 series steering box. Power is coming from a Magnuson supercharged 6.0 LS engine which should be good for about 550 horse power. Backed by a 4L80E transmission. All this riding on old school 15" American Racing wheels. Creature comforts includes Vintage Air A/C and Dakota Digital VHX Dash. The interior is to be determined. This Wagon may look rough around on the edges, but don't judge too quickly, it has lots of power and will be a smooth ride! UPDATE: We flaked the roof on the old wagon to add a little bling-bling to it. And to also help promote the paint shop a little. There are three different silver flakes and seven different green flakes.. With some candy green flames added on top just because. |
